- Secondary Selection (7 hrs) – counters, flooring, lighting, trim, etc.
- Final Selection (3 hrs) – interior paint, plumbing, electrical plan, etc.

THE JOURNEY

Initial Inquiry

The first step of the process begins with the initial inquiry from the client through the form on our website, by email or a simple phone call. The more information you’re able to provide, the better equipped we’ll be to respond to your inquiry. Once submitted, a member of our team evaluates the project and contacts you in due course.

Start the Process

Evaluation of Request

Once Corsica Homes receives your inquiry, we’ll evaluate the proposed project and advise you whether we think we’re a good fit. Regrettably, factors such as location, budget, scope of work and the volume of requests we receive means we can’t provide our services on every project that comes our way.

Thoughts to Paper

Outline initial thoughts, plans questions. Floor plans are designed, edited, and finalized with client. Site visit may be required at this stage. Initial fees are paid.

Selection Process

Our design team guides you through the selection process for your home. During 3 separate appointments you will select the exterior and interior finishes as well as a compressive review on the functional items of your home.

Final Presentation

A final visual representation is arranged to present the renderings and final drawings for the client’s approval. We do not move to the next phase until the drawings and designs are approved by the client.

Construction

Every project requires its own unique considerations and approach, but you can expect some combination of: site preparation, excavation and backfill, foundation and waterproofing, concrete flatwork, sewage and septic, steel, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, flooring, trim, paint, windows and doors, roofing, masonry, stucco, siding, tree removal, cabinetry, etc.

Pre-Delivery Inspection

The Finishing Touches A thorough walkthrough of the entire home prior to you taking possession of your beautiful new home. You will be able to review all your selections and finishes that have been pieced together.

Congratulations you've arrived at your closing date. It's time to celebrate your beautiful Legacy by Corsica Homes. We can't wait for you to create new memories in your beautiful home.
